ST. CROIX MANGO RUM PUNCH
We concocted this rum punch after returning from our honeymoon in St. Croix. We fell in love with Cruzan mango rum while there, so we returned toting several bottles of it. This punch tastes exactly like the punch served at the resort where we stayed.

Steps:
- Mix the juices and nectars in a pitcher.
- Stir in enough grenadine to make it a pretty salmon pink color.
- Add two spoonfuls of the maraschino cherry juice and a few cherries.
- Add the liquor.
- Stir it thoroughly!
- Taste the punch to check the strength. You may want to add more alcohol to make it a little stronger. If you do, try to keep the proportions of the liquors the same.
- Just a note: Nectar is sold in individual cans. It's usually either with the juices or in the "ethnic food" section with the Latino items. I've used both Kerns and Jumex and they're both good.
- If you don't have mango rum, substitute another 1/2 shot of triple sec (to make a whole shot) and another 1/2 shot of light rum. However, I recommend looking for the mango--that's what makes this punch a little unique. Check the airplane bottles--they might have it there if there are no bigger bottles. Both Cruzan and Captain Morgan make the flavor.

MANGO, PASSION FRUIT AND BANANA PUNCH
Fresh passion fruit is best for this punch; however, if that's hard to find, frozen purée or bottled nectar may be used instead. Mango purée also may be substituted for fresh mangoes. Saveur Magazine, August/07. Just imagine yourself on the beach with the hot sand, the wind blowing in your hair and not a care in the world.

GERMAN ANANAS-MANGO-BOWLE (PINEAPPLE MANGO WINE PUNCH)
Bowle is a German summer fruit & wine punch. There are many versions of Bowle. This version relies on tropical fruits and Madeira to give it a unique taste. Bowle is served with clear picks to spear the wine-soaked fruit out of each glass. Plan ahead - the fruit needs to soak several hours before your guests arrive. Translated directly from the German version I found in "Sommerfeste" magazine.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except the garnish, in a blender and blend at high speed for 5 seconds.
- Pour into wine glasses, garnish and serve.
Tips:
- Choose ripe mangoes: For the best flavor, use ripe mangoes that are slightly soft to the touch.
- Use fresh lime juice: Fresh lime juice adds a bright, citrusy flavor to the punch. If you don't have fresh lime juice, you can use bottled lime juice, but the flavor will be less intense.
- Use a variety of fruits: In addition to mangoes, you can add other fruits to your punch, such as pineapple, oranges, or strawberries. This will give the punch a more complex flavor and make it more visually appealing.
- Use a good quality rum: If you are using rum in your punch, use a good quality rum that has a smooth flavor. This will help to ensure that the punch is not too harsh.
- Chill the punch before serving: Be sure to chill the punch before serving. This will make it more refreshing and enjoyable.
Conclusion:
Mango punch is a delicious and refreshing drink that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a delicious mango punch that will be enjoyed by everyone.
