Marinated chicken kabobs are a flavorful and juicy dish that can be cooked on the grill, in the oven, or even on a stovetop grill pan. The key to making great chicken kabobs is to use a flavorful marinade that will infuse the chicken with flavor and keep it moist. There are many different marinade recipes to choose from, so you can find one that suits your taste preferences. Once you have chosen a marinade, let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight. This will give the marinade time to penetrate the chicken and infuse it with flavor.

MARINATED CHICKEN KABOBS
This great summer recipe was given to me by a friend years ago. You can put any vegetables you want on the skewers. Don't be worried when you see the light corn syrup in the ingredients, it comes together great! It's a great change. You can even skip the vegetables and just skewer the chicken. Enjoy!

Tips:
- Choose the right chicken: Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs for kabobs. They are the most tender and flavorful cuts of chicken for this dish.
- Make a flavorful marinade: The marinade is what gives kabobs their delicious flavor. Use a combination of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spices to create a flavorful marinade.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes: The longer you marinate the chicken, the more flavor it will absorb. If you have time, marinate the chicken overnight for best results.
- Skewer the chicken properly: When skewering the chicken, make sure to thread it lengthwise so that it cooks evenly. Avoid overcrowding the skewers, as this will prevent the chicken from cooking properly.
- Cook the kabobs over medium heat: Cook the kabobs over medium heat so that the chicken cooks through without burning. Cook the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve the kabobs with your favorite sides: Kabobs can be served with a variety of sides, such as rice, grilled vegetables, or salad. You can also serve them with a dipping sauce, such as tzatziki sauce or hummus.
Conclusion:
Marinated chicken kabobs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for summer cookouts. By following these tips, you can make sure that your kabobs are flavorful, juicy, and cooked to perfection. So fire up the grill and get ready to enjoy some delicious marinated chicken kabobs!
