MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN MARINADE
This is a yummy, flavorful marinade that livens up bland chicken dinners. However, this could also be used on pork chops, fish and turkey! I made this with brown rice and used some of the unused marinade as a sauce to pour over the rice. DELICIOUS!!!

- Don't be afraid to experiment with different flavors. There are many different ways to make a Mediterranean marinade, so feel free to adjust the ingredients to your liking.
- Marinate your meat for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. This will give the marinade time to penetrate the meat and infuse it with flavor.
