This soup is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the sweet and sour flavor, and they don't even realize they are eating cabbage.

I made this soup in my slow cooker and it turned out perfectly. I just threw all the ingredients in the slow cooker in the morning and dinner was ready when I got home from work.

This soup is very versatile. You can add or omit ingredients to suit your taste. I like to add a bit of heat with some diced jalapenos.

I added some diced carrots and celery to the soup and it turned out great. I also used a bit of brown sugar instead of white sugar, which gave the soup a richer flavor.
