1 sweet onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
5 small zucchini, sliced

2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese (not bottled kind)
3 zucchini (roughly 1.5 lbs)
