1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
3 garlic cloves
1 lemon, juice
1 lime, juice and zest of
1/4 cup salsa verde
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 tablespoon thyme
1 -3 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Combine all ingridents except oil in a food processor and pulse till combined.
  • Stream in olive oil till the consistency of the dip is smooth and creamy.
  • Let sit for at least 1 hour.

2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained well (chick-peas)
1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
5 drops hot sauce
cilantro, for garnish

Steps:

  • Position the knife blade in a food processor bowl. Drop the garlic through the food chute with the processor running; process 3 seconds or until garlic is minced.
