Sue told me about this; she baked in oven but you can use crock pot. If you used the real steak instead of hamburger this is cooked low and slow in oven. She served over rice with corn bread.

- Form patties from hamburger.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle top with green pepper and onion.

- 1. Pour oil in skillet to get hot. In a ziplock bag mix flour, salt and pepper and shake well. Coat cube steak with flour and place in skillet. Cook both sides until lightly brown.
- 2. Spray a 9 x 13 inch cooking dish with Pam cooking spray. Add meat to dish. Cover with Salsa, onions, garlic and bell peppers.
- 3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and cook another 10 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
