3/4 cup butter
3 cups sugar
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Microwave wattage must be 900 to 1050, for the times listed if your wattage is less or more you need to find a microwave conversion chart on line.
  • Microwave butter on high for 1 minutes or until melted.
  • Add sugar and milk: mix well.
  • Microwave on high 5 minutes, stir after 3 minutes.
  • Stir well, scraping down sides of bowl.
  • Microwave 5 1/2 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
  • Let stand 2 minutes.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.

3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow creme
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Lightly grease a 13x9 inch pan.
  • Microwave margarine in 4 quart bowl on HIGH for 1 minute or until melted.
  • Add sugar and milk; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until mixture begins to boil; stirring after 3 minutes.
