MOM'S SPINACH SALAD

Mom's Spinach Salad image

This is my Mom's spinach salad recipe that we grew up with and it's always been a favorite of anyone that's tried it. I believe Mom cut the recipe from the newspaper. Prep time is approximate (I like to tear the stems off the spinach so that takes a few more minutes, your choice), and the cooking time is for the hard boiled eggs. This is very good the next day (spinach kind of wilts in the dressing). I hope you like it as much as we do!

  • Feel free to add other vegetables to your salad, such as sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, or red onions.
  • For a more flavorful salad, try using a variety of nuts, such as sliced almonds, walnuts, or pecans.
