¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

1 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons flour
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pie crust
