Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced kiwi
2 sliced bananas
1/2-1 cup green grapes
1.5 cups watermelon, cubed
1.5 cups cantelope, cubed

Steps:

  • Wash all your vegetables that need to be washed

  • Toss in a bowl and refrigerate with blueberries and kiwi
  • Right before you are ready to serve it, slice the blueberries and fold in

Tips:

  • Choose fresh, ripe fruits: The quality of your fruit salad will depend on the quality of the fruits you use. Look for fruits that are brightly colored, free of blemishes, and have a sweet aroma.
  • Wash and dry the fruits thoroughly: This will help to remove any dirt or bacteria from the fruits and prevent them from spoiling.
  • Cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces: This will make them easier to eat and will help to ensure that they are evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Use a variety of fruits: The more variety you have in your fruit salad, the more flavorful and interesting it will be. Try to include a mix of different colors, textures, and flavors.
  • Add a dressing to your fruit salad: A simple dressing can help to enhance the flavor of the fruits and make them more refreshing. You can use a variety of dressings, such as honey-lime dressing, yogurt dressing, or balsamic vinegar dressing.
  • Chill the fruit salad before serving: This will help to keep the fruits crisp and refreshing. You can also garnish the fruit salad with fresh mint or basil leaves for a pop of color and flavor.
