Number Of Ingredients 4

2 medium avocados, peeled and seeded
1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and serve immediately with restaurant style tortilla chips.
  • NOTE: If not eating right away, place seeds in dip to help guacamole from turning brown.
  • Also, place a piece of plastic wrap across the top of the guacamole, mashing it in to touch the top layer of guacamole.
  • When you peel the plastic wrap off, it will take away anything that has turned a little brown.

Tips:

  • Use ripe avocados: The riper the avocados, the creamier and more flavorful your guacamole will be.
  • Choose the right avocados: Look for avocados that are dark green or black in color, with a slightly soft but not mushy texture.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Always use fresh lime juice, cilantro, and onions for the best flavor.
  • Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste. Guacamole should be slightly salty, with a hint of spice.
  • Make it your own: Feel free to add other ingredients to your guacamole, such as diced tomatoes, corn, or black beans. You can also adjust the heat level by adding more or less jalapeño pepper.
