Tips:

  • Choose a high-quality pork tenderloin: Look for a tenderloin that is firm and evenly colored, with no signs of bruising or discoloration.
  • Use a sharp knife to trim the tenderloin: This will help ensure that the marinade penetrates the meat evenly.
  • Whisk the marinade ingredients together thoroughly: This will help to distribute the flavors evenly.
  • Pour the marinade over the tenderloin and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight: This will give the marinade time to penetrate the meat.
  • When ready to cook, remove the tenderloin from the marinade and discard the marinade: Do not reuse the marinade, as it may contain harmful bacteria.
  • Pat the tenderloin dry with paper towels: This will help to prevent the meat from sticking to the grill or pan.
  • Cook the tenderloin over medium heat: This will help to prevent the meat from drying out.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the tenderloin is cooked to the desired doneness: Pork tenderloin should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving: This will help to keep the juices in the meat.
