1 package graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter
2 T. sugar
12 oz. cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 small package peach gelatin
4 c. cubed peaches

Steps:

  • Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter and sugar.
  • Press into the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan.
  • Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in cool whip.
  • Spread half of the cream mixture on top of the graham cracker crust.
  • Make sure to spread the cream cheese mixture right to the edge of the pan to prevent the jello layer from seeping through to the bottom.
  • After the peach layer is set up, spread the remaining cream filling on top.
  • Bring water, sugar and cornstarch to a boil.
  • Stir in the gelatin.
  • Let cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, stir in cubed peaches.
  • Pour over cream cheese layer.
  • Place in refrigerator to set up for 3-4 hours.
