1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
1 cup cooked wide egg noodles
1 small onion, chopped
1 small carrot, shredded
1/4 cup cubed process American cheese (Velveeta)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup crushed saltines (about 10 crackers)
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Toss cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until heated though.

2 pounds boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cans (15-1/4 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook pork and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain noodles. Stir noodles, corn, soup, salt and pepper into the pork mixture., Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer. 2 cups egg noodles
cooking spray
3 tablespoons butter
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped carrots
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream, or more to taste
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
3 cups cubed cooked pork
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the egg noodles, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles have cooked through, but are still firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
