The calamari fritti was crispy and delicious. I served it with a marinara sauce, and it was a big hit with my family.

The fish tacos were a fun and easy weeknight meal. I used tilapia, but you could use any type of white fish. The slaw and sauce were also very good.

The ceviche was refreshing and flavorful. I used a variety of seafood, including shrimp, scallops, and octopus. It was a great way to use up some leftover seafood.

The tuna tartare was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think I'll try making it again with less chili sauce.

The crab cakes were delicious! They were crispy on the outside and moist and flaky on the inside. I served them with a lemon-herb dipping sauce, and they were a big hit with my guests.
