NUTELLA BANANA BRUNCH BAKE
This recipe was in Publix grocery store mailer for the holidays but is now removed from their site. It was also listed on another site but 2 ingredients were missing! So I am putting it here for safekeeping. I made it for Christmas morning and it was really delicious. It made a huge pan, but the leftovers were good for a couple of days, cold and hot!

Steps:
- Heat a griddle or large nonstick saute pan over medium heat. Put butter on griddle to melt (do not use all of the butter if doing this in batches), then place bread on griddle, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture, and flip; cook for a few seconds so cinnamon sugar adheres. Flip bread back over and spread with chocolate hazelnut spread. Arrange sliced bananas on top and then sprinkle with hazelnuts. Cook until just melted and then combine the slices to make 4 sandwiches. Serve warm with whole strawberries on the side.
Tips:
- Choose ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your Nutella Banana Brunch Bake will be.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the pancakes tough and dense.
- Use a non-stick skillet or griddle. This will help prevent the pancakes from sticking and make them easier to flip.
- Cook the pancakes over medium heat. This will help them cook evenly and prevent them from burning.
- Serve the pancakes immediately with your favorite toppings. Some popular toppings include Nutella, sliced bananas, whipped cream, and maple syrup.
Conclusion:
The Nutella Banana Brunch Bake is a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch dish. It's perfect for a special occasion or a lazy weekend morning. With its sweet and decadent flavor, this dish is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a new breakfast or brunch recipe, give the Nutella Banana Brunch Bake a try. You won't be disappointed!
