These wings are a hit with the kids and adults. At a football party I serve Guacamole and chips along side the wings.

Steps:
- In a large resalable plastic bag, combine the taco seasoning, oil and vinegar and hot pepper sauce; add chicken.
- Seal bag and turn to coat let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Place chicken on 4 inch rack and on power level high cook for 15 minutes per side.
- You will have to cook in two different stages.
- That's the great thing about Nuwave you can be serving the first batch of wings and cooking the others and everything remains hot.
- Serve with either guacamole or salsa.
- Mix cheese and paprika.
- Roll 1 sheet of pastry into rectangle 12x10 inches, on lightly floured surface with flour covered rolling pin.
- Brush pastry with egg. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture. Press cheese gently into pastry. Turn pastry over and repeat process.
- Cut pastry lengthwise into ½ inch strips. Unfold strips and roll each end in opposite directions to create twists.
- Place on 4 inch rack and on power level high bake for 6-6 minutes or until brown. Let cool on wire rack.
- Serve warm or cool.

- Clean & prepare your asparagus, place in a bowl and pour oil or melted butter on top, sprinkle with salt and toss, set aside.
- Zest both lemons and mix the zest with the cracker crumbs.
- Cut the lemons in half.
- Place the frozen chicken breasts on the rack.
- Squeeze one lemon half over the top of all the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Cover the top of each chicken breast with about a 1/4 inch layer of cracker crumbs, press down.
- Squeeze another lemon half over the crumbs then add freshly ground pepper (you can add as much or little as you like).
- Heat on high for 15 minutes or until the crumbs begin to brown (add more time if necessary).
- Turn chicken breasts over and repeat steps 3-7.
- Add the asparagus to the bottom platter, replace the chicken on the rack over the asparagus.

- Beat the egg and then combine it with 1 cup water in a small, shallow bowl.
- Stir.
- Combine the flour, salt, Accent, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder in a one gallon size zip lock bag.
- Pound each of the breast filets with a mallet until about 1/4-inch thick.
- Trim each breast filet into bite sized pieces.
- Coat each piece with the flour mixture by shaking in the zip lock bag.
- Remove and dredge each nugget in the egg mixture, coating well.
- Then return each nugget to the flour/seasoning mixture.
- Shake to coat. Put nuggets, bag and all, in the freezer for at least an hour.
- Cover and refrigerate remaining egg mixture.
- After freezing, repeat the "coating" process.
