Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Spread flour in another dish and bread crumbs in a third dish.
- Working with one piece at a time, gently press chicken into the flour to coat and shake off the excess flour. Dip into the beaten egg, then press into bread crumbs. Gently toss between your hands so any bread crumbs that haven't stuck can fall away. Place the breaded chicken onto a plate while breading the rest; do not stack.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pan-fry chicken in batches of 2 or 3 pieces until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, about 2 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer cooked chicken to a baking sheet and keep warm in preheated oven while cooking remaining chicken.
- Serve with lemon wedges.

Tips:
- To achieve the perfect al dente texture for your penne, cook it according to the package instructions, usually around 10-12 minutes, or until it reaches your desired tenderness.
- When cooking the chicken, season it liberally with salt and pepper, and cook it over medium heat to prevent it from drying out. Use a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before removing it from the pan.
- Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Fresh baby spinach, juicy sun-dried tomatoes, and a flavorful Alfredo sauce are essential for this dish.
- Feel free to customize the dish to your taste. Add more vegetables, such as broccoli or mushrooms, or swap the chicken for shrimp or tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Serve the penne Milanese immediately after cooking, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, for the best taste and appearance.
Conclusion:
Olive Garden's penne Milanese is a delicious and versatile pasta dish that can be easily recreated at home with a few simple ingredients and steps. With its creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and vibrant vegetables, this dish is sure to satisfy the whole family. Whether you're a fan of Olive Garden or just looking for a new pasta recipe to try, this penne Milanese is definitely worth a try.
