Tips:

  • To ensure the pork is cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can also check the pork by cutting into it. The pork is done when the juices run clear.
  • For crispier fries, make sure to cut the potatoes into thin, even slices. You can also toss the fries with a little bit of cornstarch before cooking. This will help them to crisp up.
  • Be careful not to overcrowd the pan when cooking the fries. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
  • Serve the pork and fries immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Conclusion:

This one-pan roast pork with parmesan fries is a delicious and easy meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The pork is juicy and flavorful, and the fries are crispy and addictive.
