###

- **Use high-quality ground turkey:** Opt for ground turkey that is at least 90% lean for a healthier and tastier burger. - **Season the turkey well:** Use a combination of herbs and spices to add flavor to the turkey, such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. - **Don't overmix the turkey:** Overmixing the turkey can make the burgers tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined. - **Form the burgers gently:** Use your hands to gently form the turkey mixture into patties. Avoid pressing down too hard, as this can also make the burgers tough. - **Cook the burgers over medium heat:** Cooking the burgers over medium heat will help to prevent them from drying out. - **Flip the burgers only once:** Flipping the burgers too often can make them dry. Flip them only once, when they are cooked about halfway through. - **Let the burgers rest before serving:** Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute. This will make the burgers more tender and juicy. ###
