ORANGE CINNAMON BREAD

Orange Cinnamon Bread image

Tips:

  • Fresh orange zest adds a burst of zesty citrus flavor to the bread. If you don't have fresh oranges on hand, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried orange zest instead.
  • Use a good quality bread flour for the best results. Bread flour has a higher protein content than all-purpose flour, which gives the bread a chewier texture.
  • Make sure the butter is cold and cubed before you add it to the bread machine. This will help to create a flaky crust.
  • If you don't have a bread machine, you can make this bread by hand. Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl, then knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it has doubled in size. Bake the bread at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown.

Conclusion:

This orange spice yeast bread is easy to make and absolutely delicious. The orange zest and spices give the bread a wonderful flavor that is perfect for any occasion. Serve it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or enjoy it as a snack. This bread is also a great gift for friends and family. Whether you make it in a bread machine or by hand, this orange spice yeast bread is sure to be a hit. So next time you're looking for a delicious and easy-to-make bread recipe, give this one a try!
