Nutrition Facts : ServingSize 1 Serving

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. Look for fresh, flavorful vegetables, and high-quality rice and bacon.
  • Cook the rice properly: Rice is the base of this dish, so it's important to cook it properly. Rinse the rice thoroughly before cooking, and then cook it according to the package directions. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
  • Don't overcook the vegetables: The vegetables should be cooked until they are tender-crisp. Overcooked vegetables will be mushy and bland.
  • Use a good quality Parmesan cheese: The Parmesan cheese adds a lot of flavor to this dish, so it's important to use a good quality cheese. Look for a cheese that is aged for at least 12 months.
  • Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is cooked. The rice and vegetables will start to lose their flavor if they sit for too long.

Conclusion:

Parmesan rice and peas with bacon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It's also a great way to use up leftover rice. With its combination of flavors and textures, this dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
