4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto or deli ham, chopped
1-1/4 cups shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Unfold puff pastry. Spread mustard over pastry to within 1/2 in. of edges. Sprinkle with prosciutto and cheese. Roll up each pastry sheet. Using a serrated knife, gently cut into 1 in. slices. , Place 3-inches apart on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 15-18 minutes or until puffed and light golden brown. Serve warm. 1 (8 ounce) container philadelphia whipped cream cheese
1/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
4 teaspoons fresh rosemary sprigs (or 2 teaspoon dried rosemary)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Do not separate dough into triangles. Gently press or roll seams to seal, but do not flatten.

5 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
5 ounces Parmesan cheese, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons prepared Dijon mustard

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with nonstick oil spray.
