- Make the sauce, directions are below. Cook the pasta as directed on package. Sauté butter and mushrooms for about 30 seconds. Add the roasted garlic cream sauce and Parmesan; heat thoroughly. Cook, stirring, 1 minute to heat through. 5. Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Return pasta to pot; add sauce, cooking water & parsley; toss to mix.
