Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
  • Choose the Right Chicken: For this recipe, boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs work best. If you're using chicken breasts, slice them into 1-inch thick pieces.
  • Tenderize the Chicken: To make the chicken extra tender, you can use a meat mallet or a fork to pound it out slightly before cooking.
  • Season the Chicken Generously: Don't be shy with the seasoning! A flavorful blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika will give the chicken a delicious crust.
  • Use a Good Quality Peanut Sauce: The peanut sauce is the star of this dish, so make sure you use a good quality one. You can either make your own or buy a store-bought brand that you like.
  • Don't Overcook the Chicken: Chicken breasts and thighs cook quickly, so be careful not to overcook them. Otherwise, they will become dry and tough.
  • Serve Immediately: Peanut baked chicken is best served immediately after it's cooked. This will ensure that the chicken is juicy and tender, and the peanut sauce is warm and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Peanut baked chicken is an easy and delicious weeknight meal that the whole family will love. The chicken is tender and juicy, and the peanut sauce is creamy and flavorful. Serve it over rice or noodles, or with a side of roasted vegetables.
