1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
2 cups frozen banana slices (2 medium)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
1/2 cup Cascadian Farm™ Farm Stand Harvest organic honey, almond and chia granola
1 medium banana, sliced
2 tablespoons peanut butter, melted
1 tablespoon shaved dark chocolate

Steps:

  • In blender, add yogurt, frozen banana slices, 1/4 cup peanut butter and the maple syrup. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, stopping blender to push down mixture or scrape sides as needed.
  • Pour into 2 serving bowls. Top each serving with Toppings. Serve immediately.

200ml oat milk
1 banana, peeled and chopped
20g peanut butter
1 tbsp rolled oats
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of allspice
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
small handful ice cubes

Steps:

  • Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender (one suitable for crushing ice) until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
