Tips for Making the Best Pepperoni Penne Carbonara

  • Use high-quality ingredients. The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. Use high-quality olive oil, pancetta, eggs, and cheese.
  • Cook the pasta al dente. This means that the pasta should be cooked until it is tender but still has a slight bite to it. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and unpleasant.
  • Make the sauce while the pasta is cooking. This will save you time and ensure that the sauce is hot when you add the pasta to it.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan. When you add the pasta to the sauce, do it in batches so that the pasta has room to cook evenly.
  • Season the dish to taste. Add salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese to taste.

Conclusion

Pepperoni penne carbonara is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for busy weeknights. It is a great way to use up leftover pasta and pepperoni, and it can also be made with other types of pasta, such as spaghetti or linguine. Serve it with a side of garlic bread or a green salad for a complete meal.
