SMALL BATCH DILL PESTO
Dill pesto is one of my favorite ways to kick up the flavor on broiled or baked fish. It's also very good served over grilled or roasted veggies. I used a small bunch of dill.

Tips:
- Choose the ripest brie: A ripe brie will have a soft, creamy texture and a mild, nutty flavor. Avoid brie that is too hard or has a strong odor.
- Use good quality pesto: The pesto is one of the key ingredients in this recipe, so it's important to use a good quality one. Look for a pesto that is made with fresh herbs, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese.
- Toast the pine nuts: Toasting the pine nuts will bring out their flavor and make them more crunchy. You can toast them in a pan over medium heat or in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve immediately: This appetizer is best served immediately after it is made. The brie will start to melt and the flavors will meld together as it sits.
Conclusion:
This pesto brie pine nut appetizer is an easy and delicious way to impress your guests. It's perfect for a party or a special occasion. The combination of creamy brie, flavorful pesto, and crunchy pine nuts is sure to be a hit. So next time you're looking for an appetizer that is both easy to make and delicious, give this one a try.
