1 small sweet red pepper, julienned
1-3/4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small onion, halved and sliced
1-1/2 teaspoons canola oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 ounces cream cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded provolone cheese, divided
1 cup shredded or julienned cooked roast beef
1/3 cup pickled pepper rings
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, saute the peppers, mushrooms and onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Place crust on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. 1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1 small sweet red pepper, cut into 1/8-inch strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 jar (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

2 tablespoons salted butter
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1 green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
freshly cracked salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
2 12-inch prepared keto pizza crusts
½ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons minced garlic
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
8 slices provolone cheese, cut into strips

Steps:

  • Place the steak in the freezer about 30 minutes before it is needed.
