¼ cup freshly grated ginger
1 pound ground beef
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved

Tips:

  • Use fresh pineapple. Fresh pineapple has a sweeter and more vibrant flavor than canned pineapple. If you're using canned pineapple, be sure to drain it well and pat it dry before using.
  • Brown the meatballs before adding the sauce. This will help to develop their flavor and give them a nice caramelized crust.
  • Use a good quality barbecue sauce. The barbecue sauce is the key to the flavor of these meatballs, so be sure to use a sauce that you enjoy. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
  • Cook the meatballs until they are cooked through. Meatballs should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. You can check the temperature using a meat thermometer.
  • Serve the meatballs hot. Pineapple meatballs are best served hot, right out of the oven. You can serve them with rice, mashed potatoes, or your favorite side dish.

Conclusion:

Pineapple meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any party or gathering. They are made with simple ingredients and can be cooked in just a few minutes. With their sweet and tangy flavor, pineapple meatballs are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
