1 stick butter or margarine
1 c granulated sugar
4 medium eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple, drain
6 slice white bread, cubed

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.
  • 2. Stir drained pineapple into mixture then fold in cubed bread.
  • 3. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake @350 for approx 50 minutes.

1 cup sugar
4 eggs
6 pieces stale bread, cubed
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 pinch salt
