Steps:
- 1. Grease mini muffin pans,Cut string cheese in small chunks, about 6 chunks per string. Open biscuits flattened each with a small bowl or the palm of your hand. Layer 1 slice of pepperoni,1 chunk of cheese, add another slice of pepperoni.
- 2. Stretch dough around the pepperoni, twisting in the middle to make your bundles. Bake at 400 degrees til brown, about 10-12 min. depending on your oven. Serve with a side bowl of pizza sauce.
Tips:
- Choose the right dough: You can use store-bought pizza dough or make your own. If you're using store-bought dough, let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before using.
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the pizza bundles will be. Use fresh vegetables, quality cheese, and flavorful sauce.
- Don't overstuff the bundles: If you overstuff them, they'll be difficult to seal and may burst open during baking.
- Bake the bundles until they're golden brown: This will ensure that the crust is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the bundles immediately: They're best when they're hot and fresh out of the oven.
Conclusion:
Pizza bundles are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They're perfect for parties or potlucks, and they can be customized to suit your taste. With a little creativity, you can create endless variations of pizza bundles that will please everyone.
