3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 ounces each)
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Louisiana-style hot sauce
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chicken with steak seasoning on both sides. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill chicken, covered , over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170° Cool slightly; cut into strips., In a small saucepan, bring the tomato sauce, butter, hot sauce and pepper sauce to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add chicken; heat through., Place crust on a 12-in. pizza pan; spread with salad dressing. Top with chicken mixture, cheese and onions. , Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 lb chicken wings
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperonis

Steps:

  • Place wings, pizza sauce and oregano in a ziploc bag. Toss until wings are fully coated. Marinade in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
  • Preheat grill. Remove wings from bag and place on the grill over indirect heat. Grill for 25-35 minutes, turning occasionally, until wings begin to brown and meat is cooked through. Move wings over direct flame to crisp the skin. Cook about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Remove wings from grill and immediate sprinkle with cheese and pepperonis.
  • Serve.

1 pizza crust (pre-baked or homemade)
1/2 cup hot sauce
12 ounces Mexican blend cheese, shredded
1 cup blue cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup diced carrots (optional) or 1/2 cup celery (optional)

Steps:

  • take prebake pizza crust and spread with blue cheese and hot sauce combined over all like it was pizza sauce. Any extra can be used on the side for dipping.
  • In a large skillet cook cut up chicken with all the spices and butter over medium heat until cooked thru.( can cook carrot and celery at this time and put on pizza if desired). I cut mine up small or shred up more once cooked). chicken goes on next. Sprinkle now with shredded cheese.
