1 pound salmon fillet prepared as above washed and patted dry
3 lemons
1 large bunch dill cleaned of all sand and roots chopped off
1/4 cup white wine or water

Steps:

  • In medium large pan place the large bunch of dill Layer with slices of lemon Salmon fillet Add 1/4 wine or water bring to boil and cover. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Done and done! Couldn't be easier! My friends won't order salmon at restaurants anymore because they say mine is better.
