2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality tortillas. Fresh, pliable tortillas will make your quesadillas easier to fold and less likely to break.
  • Use a variety of fillings. Don't be afraid to experiment with different meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
  • Don't overcrowd the quesadillas. Too much filling will make them difficult to fold and cook evenly.
  • Cook the quesadillas over medium heat. This will help to prevent the tortillas from burning.
  • Serve the quesadillas with your favorite toppings. Salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo are all great options.

Conclusion:

Pork quesadillas are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They're easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give pork quesadillas a try.
