¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lime juice
2 cloves garlic, sliced
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 pound pork tenderloin
¾ cup chicken broth
¼ cup lemon juice

Steps:

  • Blend the cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt in a blender until smooth; pour into a large resealable plastic bag.
