  • Line an 8"-x-8" baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Over a double-boiler, or in a microwave using 50 percent power, melt chocolate chips. Transfer to a large bowl and immediately add in Rice Krispies. Using a plastic spatula, fold the chocolate and cereal together until the cereal is fully coated in chocolate. Pour into prepared pan.

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup dried cranberries

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 15x10-inch shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl; set aside.

½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup wheat and barley nugget cereal (e.g. Grape-Nuts™)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 beaten egg
¼ cup applesauce
¼ cup honey
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
¼ cup unsalted sunflower seeds
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 (7 ounce) bag chopped dried mixed fruit
