1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk or water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Tips:

  • Use fresh raspberries for the best flavor. Frozen raspberries can be used in a pinch, but they will not be as vibrant in color or flavor.
  • Be sure to grease and flour the pressure cooker insert before adding the batter. This will help prevent the cake from sticking.
  • Do not overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in a tough cake.
  • Be careful not to overcook the cake. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for at least 10 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate. This will help prevent the cake from breaking.

Conclusion:

This pressure cooker raspberry upside-down cake is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert. It is perfect for any occasion, from a weeknight dinner to a special holiday gathering. The cake is moist and flavorful, with a sweet and tangy raspberry sauce. The best part is that it can be made in just a few minutes in a pressure cooker. So next time you are craving a delicious dessert, give this pressure cooker raspberry upside-down cake a try.
