1 - 18 oz bag - frozen tortellini - prepared according to directions on package
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp minced garlic from jar
1/4 medium red onion, chopped - small
2 c heavy cream
1 c fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 - 13 oz frozen broccoli - thawed and i steamed mine for 2 minutes.
4 slice prosciutto - chopped
salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
pinch nutmeg
