3 garlic cloves
1/3 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place the cauliflower and garlic in a microwave safe dish. Cover and cook on high until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Drain and transfer to a food processor.

1/3 cup spreadable cream cheese
1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
1 tbsp fresh thyme (minced)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Place 1 in. of water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Add cauliflower and garlic cloves; cook, covered, until tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain; transfer to a food processor.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, smashed
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese
