Tips:

  • To achieve a smooth and creamy filling, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. This will allow it to blend seamlessly with the other ingredients.
  • For a more intense pumpkin flavor, use homemade pumpkin puree instead of canned. This way, you can control the consistency and taste of the puree.
  • Don't overmix the muffin batter. Overmixing can result in dense and tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • For a golden-brown top, sprinkle some turbinado sugar or cinnamon sugar on top of the muffins before baking.
  • To prevent the muffins from sticking to the muffin cups, use nonstick cooking spray or muffin liners.

Conclusion:

Pumpkin cream cheese swirl muffins are a delightful treat that combines the flavors of pumpkin and cream cheese in a moist and fluffy muffin. These muffins are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a snack. With their easy-to-follow recipe and delicious results, these muffins are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
