1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups pureed pumpkin
3/4 cup half and half
2 teaspoons vanilla
5 tablespoons butter (melted and cooled slightly)
Whipped cream and pure maple syrup for topping

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter a standard-size pie dish and set aside.
