Tips:

  • Use fresh raspberries. Fresh raspberries have the best flavor and texture for this recipe. If you can't find fresh raspberries, you can use frozen raspberries, but be sure to thaw them completely before using.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened. Softened cream cheese is easier to mix and will result in a smoother filling.
  • Don't overmix the filling. Overmixing the filling will make it dense and heavy. Mix just until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Chill the tarts before serving. Chilling the tarts will help the filling set and will make them easier to slice.
  • Decorate the tarts with fresh raspberries. Fresh raspberries add a beautiful pop of color and flavor to the tarts.

Raspberry cream tarts are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With a creamy filling and a sweet raspberry topping, these tarts are sure to be a hit. So next time you're looking for a special dessert to make, give raspberry cream tarts a try!
