RAVIOLI WITH SUN-DRIED TOMATO CREAM SAUCE

Ravioli With Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce image

I just love this dish! It is so simple to make! I like to play around with the different flavors of pasta fillings like spinach and cheese or herb chicken! I have also used this sauce with tortellini and even just plain pasta. It's very versatile. You can buy a tube of sun-dried tomato paste in your grocery store in the jarred spaghetti sauce section. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Choose the right type of ravioli. There are many different types of ravioli available, so it's important to choose one that will work well with the sauce and vegetables you're using. For this recipe, we recommend using a cheese-filled ravioli.
  • Cook the ravioli al dente. This means cooking the ravioli until it is just tender, but still has a slight bite to it. Overcooked ravioli will be mushy and unpleasant to eat.
  • Use fresh vegetables. Fresh vegetables will add more flavor and nutrition to your dish. If you can't find fresh vegetables, you can use frozen or canned vegetables, but they won't be as flavorful.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan. When you're cooking the vegetables, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from cooking evenly and will make them more likely to stick to the pan.
  • Season to taste. Once your dish is cooked, taste it and adjust the seasonings as needed. You may want to add more salt, pepper, or herbs to taste.

Conclusion:

Ravioli with Peppers and Sun-Dried Tomatoes is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The combination of tender ravioli, flavorful vegetables, and tangy sauce is sure to please everyone at the table. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give this recipe a try.
