8 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup rolled oats

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.

1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup instant oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Crisco shortening
