Set the fountain glass on a salad plate, underlining the glass for overflow. Serve floats with straws and parfait spoons. • Don't overmix the meatloaf mixture. Overmixing can make the meatloaf tough.
  • Press the meatloaf mixture firmly into the loaf pan. This will help prevent it from falling apart during baking.
