Tips:
- Choose the freshest salmon you can find. Fresh salmon will have a bright pink color and a firm texture. Avoid salmon that is dull or has a slimy texture.
- If you're using frozen salmon, thaw it completely before cooking. The best way to thaw salmon is to place it in the refrigerator overnight or in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes.
- Cook the salmon until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Overcooked salmon will be dry and tough.
- Pesto mayonnaise is a great way to add flavor and richness to salmon. You can make your own pesto mayonnaise or use a store-bought variety.
- Serve the salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.
Conclusion:
Salmon with pesto mayonnaise is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The salmon is cooked to perfection and the pesto mayonnaise adds a flavorful and creamy touch. This dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
