Steps:
- Soften cream cheese. A good way to soften the cream cheese is to take it out of its wrapper, and microwave 30-40 seconds or until it's soft.
- In a large bowl, add the entire jar of salsa, and then add all the softened cream cheese.
- Stir very well with a whisk until the salsa and cream cheese are fully blended. Make sure you have stirred away all the big chunks of cream cheese, and the dip is smooth and creamy.
- Cover and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes. (You CAN eat it right away, but chilling it for a while blends the flavors, and sets the dip).

SALSA, CREAM CHEESE, SHRIMP, MEXICAN CHEESE DIP
This recipe is so good there is none left after any event. I made some of this today to take for "treat night" at work. There wasn't any left to bring home. Unfortunately, no one ate any of the other "treats"...

Steps:
- 1. Lay each cream cheese block side by side in a sealable dish. Defrost shrimp by placing in a colandar and running cool water over them till they are nearly thawed all the way through. Drain then spread over the cream cheese blocks. Spoon the salsa over the top till completely covered. Sprinkle the shreded cheese over the top of all the other ingredients, cover and keep chilled till ready to serve.
- 2. Serve on waverly cracker, ritz, or even tortilla chips. Some people like to use Pace Picante sauce, but I prefer fresh salsa, and nearly everyone that eats this treat loves it that way too.

- 4. once all cheese is melted just add your sour cream. stir in.
- 5. get out the tortillas or crackers or just use your finger. this is going to drive you crazy for more.
Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and other vegetables will give your salsa cheese dip the best flavor. If you can't find fresh ingredients, use frozen or canned vegetables as a backup.
- Choose the right cheese: A good melting cheese is essential for a smooth and creamy salsa cheese dip. Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Velveeta are all good options. You can also use a combination of cheeses to create a unique flavor.
- Don't overcook the salsa: The salsa should be heated through, but not overcooked. Overcooked salsa will lose its flavor and become watery.
- Serve the dip immediately: Salsa cheese dip is best served immediately after it is made. The dip will thicken as it stands, so if you need to store it, let it cool completely and then refrigerate it. You can reheat the dip in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Garnish the dip: A few simple garnishes can make your salsa cheese dip look and taste even better. Try chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, or shredded cheese.
Conclusion:
Salsa cheese dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a dip that is sure to please everyone. Whether you are serving it at a party or enjoying it at home with your family, salsa cheese dip is a surefire hit. So next time you are looking for a quick and tasty dip, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
