1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese (6 oz)
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
4 ounces shaved deli corned beef, chopped
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
rye cocktail bread or cracker

  • Serve hot with cocktail rye bread or crackers.

Tips:

  • Choose fresh ingredients: High-quality ingredients will make a big difference in the flavor of your dip. Use fresh tomatoes, onions, and peppers, and choose a good quality Reuben sandwich spread.
